The real problem I see is that the trainings really do not come along with good quality instructions and instructors.

 

Your pretty much left alone to try and figure out something you really do not comprehend.

Sometimes it really does seem that it is a no win situation as you struggle from one coaching program to the next searching for just the right program for you.

I would like to share a few tips that will help you as you search.  By following these simple guidelines to good coaching and mentoring you will undoubtedly find the right one for you.

•    Look for good programs that have a sales page or whatever is in place to promote the program that has listed all the content they plan to offer during the course. You will often find that very vague representation of the course is often misleading. You should have a clear understanding of the content being covered in the program so that you can opt for a program that offers experience in skills that you lack.

•    Finding information online about someone is pretty easy now days and I recommend doing a very good search of the course owner and look into the background of the people/teachers who have developed the program. Do some research and see what others are saying and if there are high recommendations for the instructor and course material you are looking at.  If you were referred to this course, and you do not have a good trusting relationship with the referrer then it is as simple as asking the one that recommended the instructor or course to you, to give you a more thorough recommendation or supply you with more information for what they are recommending.

•    Know  who will be teaching you the course.  Maybe it is the course developer him or herself and maybe it is someone they know and trust to deliver the content in question.  Find out as much information about his or her teaching styles and the credibility of the one teaching.

•    Find out if the course has a limited number of students or will it be so packed with people that you will not get the help and attention you deserve and need.  If it is a packed out course will  the number of students make a difference to the amount of support you may receive?  Check out and ask questions about the support set in place that you will be using.  Test the support desk to see if you get a good timely response and one that really gives value in the response and not some canned response that may or may not be the answer you need specifically.

•    You have most likely checked into several courses already and know the cost of the programs that are available to you.  Make sure you always do your best to evaluate the cost to get into the program and any future costs involved against the content and the support being offered. Know your budget limits and stay within them.  Never get into something you just can’t afford.  If your expecting to simply get into a course and start making money rapidly to pay for the course, then you may and probably will be in for a let down.  T be successful there is a learning curve that takes place.  It is after all a business you are starting up.  Make sure you can afford to stay in a program that has residual payments before you sign up. 

I have to say if it is a trail offer that will have a re-occurring payment do not sign up just to get the content and then run.  Do not get involved if you are going into it with the thinking that you can just cancel before the trial offer is over if your not making money before your payments are due.  Most people knew long before they even signed up that this is what was going to happen.  Know your limits and income status.  if you can’t afford it you need to have things in place ahead of time and then come back to it later.

I personally work very hard at providing the best training I possibly can and when someone comes in and takes my program and then cancels It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.  Mostly because I know that it is now being wasted just setting on your desktop.  If I thought you would use it and learn from it it would be a different story but that just is never the case.

•    Every one is not going to have a program that lines up with your style of learning.  Make sure that the style of coaching is something that you feel you can live with and matches your style of learning and the timings of the material provided is set up so it will be  flexible for you to pursue the training provided in the course while doing things like running a household, going to your regular full time job. (until you can layoff that Boss , or going on vacation.  What happens when a health issue arises…. will you just fall behind or will it be still ready for you to pick up right where you left off when you are back into the swing of things?

Taking the time to do proper research to find the most appropriate internet marketing coaching program for you will payoff in a big way..  The right program will show you the right path but also remember the hard work and commitment you put into the course will yield the overall results.  Do not just get caught up in the hype and the excitment of a slaes page and jump into something that was not set up for you to find the success you are looking for and deserve.

When I look for programs to promote to my list I always look for not only the quality of the program… but the quality of the instruction and instructors.
