Internet Marketing Mistakes To Avoid. Always Test!

Avoid Marketing Mistakes By Testing Before Marketing Your Products!

I recently did a webinar series called Simple Sales Blueprint and in the series one of the main themes over and over was that you need to research and test to ensure you avoid the Mishaps that so many new and even seasoned marketers seem to make over and over again.

We have a great idea or product but failing to do the proper research and testing leads to mistakes that will bring most business ventures to their knees.

You have to research the market to come up with just the right product for just the right targeted audience to help them solve the problems they are having. A Well thought out marketing and properly launched campaign gets everyone talking about your company, your product, or your service. In other words it generates Buzz for maximum Launch effects.

However, improper planning and testing leads to mistakes and these marketing mistakes can just as easily cost your business thousands of dollars to your business venture leading most people to feel like a failure and soon find themselves quitting.

Lack of Research and Testing is one of the most common and biggest mistakes that can be easily avoided.

Research and testing should be done to determine the performance of every marketing effort. Proper research and testing will take all of the guesswork out of what your potential customer or client really needs or wants.

If you want to avoid the marketing mishaps or mistakes that so many people trying to start up a home business seem to make then you always need to make sure that you have done your due diligence when it comes to testing different offers, prices, and packages. Get the input of your customers.

Always be watching the competition and paying attention to what the successful marketers are doing will give you great insight into what you need to be doing in your own business. Never try and re-invent the wheel.

Remember Test! Test! Test!

Understanding Internet Marketing, Clearly Communicate With Customers

Building Your Online Business  Clear Communication Needed!

Internet marketing offers a world of opportunities for the average business man today, But teaching it clearly is something that Internet Teachers and coaches need to work on.

I recently traveled to Ohio with my Wife using a brand new GPS unit that could actually listen to your commands. I was very excited and began talking to the woman inside the box. Very quickly, I discovered that I had to speak in a way that she would understand me. It was no longer what I wanted to communicate, but what the device needed to hear in order to function the way I wanted it to. In our frustration, my Wife would usually start yelling at it…which did not help the communication process along, but apparently made her feel better.

How many times have you looked up a product on the internet, only to be inundated with new terms and fancy jargon that made your head spin? The ad copy never fully explained what the terms meant and you either found something else or just bought it because it sounded technical.

Effective Communication For Internet Marketing Training

Effective Communication For Internet Marketing Training

If you are selling something, it is your responsibility to explain it to your potential customers. You may be very familiar to the concepts and terms listed, but remember your audience may not be and you have to conform to them. Just like the GPS, you have to adjust your communication to your audience, not expect your audience to conform to you.

Obviously, every product has its own features that are labeled in a way that is consistent with other similar items, but it is your job to explain what the technical terms mean. This is especially true in the world of electronics where mega-pixels and Blue-Ray can make anyone’s head a pile of mush. Even if you are selling marketing concepts, take the time to include details geared toward the newbie’s that you desperately need to build your business.

A good way to gauge your success at communication is to ask someone not familiar with your product to read your ad. Ask them if they understand what the product is, what it will do and if it sounds interesting. This feedback can help you avoid costly mistakes that will affect your sales.

If what you are selling is technical training course or for advanced users, why not have a two-tiered approach to your ad? The main part can appeal to the general public and information that is more technical can be displayed in a separate section of the product description. Many electronic stores feature a “specification” section to the ad with information for the geeks who want detailed information.

Remember if you are an Internet Marketing Coach running your own online business with a customer base it’s your job to make yourself understandable to others, not theirs. They are visitors and you are the host, so be a gracious one and make them feel at home with information they can understand.

A Candy Store on Every Corner When Business Didn’t Seem That Hard!

If you’re over fifty years old you probably remember when little stores seemed to be on almost every corner.
Candy stores, small grocery and hardware stores graced every small town making it within walking distance for most people. It was easier to start a business then. There were few zoning laws; less bureaucratic red tape and not many rules on how many exits and handicap parking you had to have. It just required lots of work and the willingness to be imprisoned to one location for many hours a day.

Unfortunately, those days are probably gone forever. Now it’s a daunting task to start your own brick and mortar shop. I admire anyone with the courage and willingness to outlay a large investment for such a venture. With the current governmental climate, it’s almost assured that there will be more restrictions, not less in the future for brave entrepreneurs, but I shouldn’t get started on that.

There is still ways to re-create those days when you could begin a small business without a fistful of cash or a huge loan. You don’t have to worry about the perfect location and you don’t even have to chained to a cash register all day. You’ve probably all ready guessed I’m talking about an online business.

Just think about it, with a minimum of investment, with guidance you can receive here with Jeff Wellman’s down-to-earth products, you can have your own mini-store selling just about anything you want. With a laptop and internet service, you can be conducting business from anywhere in the world. That’s terrific for those of us who are retired and don’t want to work in a manual labor job.

Even though you don’t need a physical address on a busy street corner, traffic on the web still is just as important as location was in the days of  the F. W. Woolworth Company five and dime. We’ve discussed how using the right key words, attractive ad copy and list building will help you score higher on the search engine page. This drives people to see your site, which translates into more sales for you. Read some of the other articles featured here for more tips on doing just that.

Although I miss the days when I was young and had a couple quarters to buy some candy at the local hideaway establishment, now every store is at our fingertips via the computer. We don’t have to even walk to it anymore, even though it would be good for our waistlines. So rather than lament about the good old days, I guess we should embrace the future and make a little money from it, huh?

If you’re ready to start your own virtual “candy store”, you’ve landed on the right site. Why not sign up today for a FREE Affiliate Marketing Course, browse the Benefit packed course that will give you the tools to begin a new chapter in your life.

Private Label Rights For Beginner Internet Marketers

The term “private label rights” (PLR) refers to a product that can be purchased and used or resold under the “brand” of the original purchaser. In everyday life, we encounter private label products very frequently—perhaps moreso than we might realize.

As an example, many supermarkets offer their own brand of soda or chips. Usually, the supermarket is not producing the soda or the chips using a proprietary approach and in a plant that they own. Rather, they are purchasing the chips and soda from a private label food products company, which creates them; and then delivers them to the supermarket either without any labels at all—or with the supermarket’s own labels attached.

In the context of Internet marketing, the concept of private label rights (PLR) is a little more complicated, but it still captures the main idea inherent in the supermarket example. Generally, in IM, the term PLR is usually invoked in reference to intellectual property, such as ebooks, reports, articles, or some other form of written content, audio content, or video content.

And when it comes to intellectual property, things usually get a little more complicated. In the case of the supermarket selling private label soda, there aren’t very many things to take into consideration. You buy the soda; you “re-brand it” by placing your own label on it; and you sell it to customers.

In the context of private label rights articles (a form of intellectual property), reselling the product in question might not be legally allowed by the contract you agree to when making the purchase. Instead, you might be restricted to using the articles for marketing purposes only. At the other extreme, the contract might grant you the right to resell the articles and resell the rights to resell the articles.

In general, picking articles that grant you desirable rights is an important part of making money with PLR. For this reason, I will defer this discuss to the next section, where I will talk about it in greater depth.

With all of this said, why should you care about PLR products? The simple answer is that they provide Internet marketers many promising opportunities. Creating a good product is generally a very large barrier to success for many Internet marketers—one that often prevents new entrants to IM from ever experiencing success. But with the thick market for PLR products today, having your own product is as simple as purchasing one and rebranding it.

How To Make Money With Private Label Rights Products

Private Label Rights or as you may have seen it before PLR is a great way to finally make money online without creating your own product.  I used to be a little intrigued with this option of owning my own product but never really gave it the attention it really deserved.

I thought to really be successful online I needed to create my own product completely from scratch… Start to Finish!

Well, I have taken a renewed interest in Private Label Rights (PLR for short) and am seeing some serious potential for using it to make money online… It actually has went beyond just seeing potential… I have been making some very serious money online by investing in Private Label Rights products, as well as creating products and selling Private Label Rights to the product I created.

Private label rights, or PLR products are becoming more and more popular all the time online… simply because it’s a great way for you to have an instant product to sell to your market for pure profit.

Product creation seems to be a big wall for many that keeps them from ever making some real serious money online. Well it does not have to be anymore.

Let someone else create your product for you. PLR products are products that are written or created by someone else, which you can buy and put your name on as if it’s your own. Basically, it’s a product that you can buy with the same rights for its use as if you had made it yourself. OK, you have to admit that just seems to remove any walls of the product creation fear!

PLR comes in many different forms such as articles, reports, graphics, videos, audio, software, and even ebooks… There are just so many different forms of PLR to choose from.

Well I have a video that my partner Paul Counts and I did that I would like you to watch that will give you a nice look into the world of Private Label Rights…
